Customer Registration Help

All data used to register and log in is case sensitive.  This means that a password such as 'hello' is not the same as the password 'Hello'.  You must remember to enter data with the correct capitalisation, so be careful of the 'Caps Lock' key!

 

Retailer ID	Enter your retailer's unique Retailer ID.  You can obtain this and a Retailer Password from your local retailer.
Retailer Password	Enter your retailer's unique Retailer Password.  You can obtain this and a Retailer ID from your local retailer.
Your First Name	Please enter your first name, not just an initial.  This will be used by your retailer to label your orders.
Your Last Name	Please enter your last name.  This will be used by your retailer to label your orders.
Your Employer's Name or your street address	This will be used by your retailer to label your orders.
Enter a Password	Enter a password.  This will be your own password and you will have to enter it in order to log in.  Minimum of six characters, maximum of 16 characters.
Re-type Your Chosen Password	Re-enter your password so we can check that you typed it correctly the first time.
Your Email Address	We will email you a unique Customer ID, and your retailer may use it to let you know if they have a problem with one of your orders.  Please enter an email address you check regularly.
